We’re excited to announce that the Paperback Ramblers walking book group is back for another season!

The Paperback Ramblers is a book group for people who like to walk as they talk. We discuss books of all kinds while taking in the sights and sounds of Bath and its surrounding areas.

All of the walks in this year’s programme are around 3 miles long, with a variety of landscapes. Most incorporate an ascent that will get your heart pumping, bringing you to some of the best views Bath has to offer.

As we walk, we’ll have the opportunity to discuss classic and contemporary novels as well as natural history, travel, and literary studies.

And each walk will finish with the opportunity to continue conversations in a handy pub or cafe.

Please see below for the dates and subjects for this year’s walks. You’ll also find a link to the event page for the next upcoming walk. The event page will have a link to the books we’ll be reading. If you would like to attend any of the walks, please enter your name and email address on the appropriate events page. All of the Paperback Ramblers meetings are free to attend.

You will receive an email one week before the walk you’re attending, with extra details about the route and weather.

If you have any questions about the walks, please e-mail Sam at sam@mrbsemporium.com
