It’s springtime of 1974 in Barcelona and Natalia is fresh off the plane from a self-imposed exile of twelve years in the UK. As she catches up with family, it becomes clear there is no running away from history – either personal or political. The ghost of the Civil War hangs heavy over a younger generation striving to be liberated, more European, in this beautifully written, rich family drama.  – Laura
