These cards are intended for teachers to use in class. Teachers use these cards for extra practice when teaching the Speed Sounds. They reinforce children’s recognition of the different phonemes (letter sounds) by showing children pictures of several objects starting with the same letter sound.

Each card features up to four pictures for each of the 31 letters/letter groups in Speed Sounds Set 1: m, a, s, d, t, i, n, p, g, o, c, k, u, b, f, e, l, h, sh, r, j, v, y, w, th, z, ch, qu, x, ng, nk.
