Teen Graphic Novels: Best of 2021

Teen Graphic Novels are hard to pin down due to the variety of content and age range, but their a whole lot of fun to discover. From younger, coming of age graphic novels such as ‘Stargazing’ by Jen Wang to some twistier, older teen manga like ‘Solo Levelling’ there’s something for everyone this year. Having said that, my top picks of ‘Seven Secrets’, ‘First Class’ and ‘On A Sunbeam’ hit that perfect balance of nuanced storytelling with an action packed yarn.

As with my other lists, the first four are my favourite published this year, and the last four are my favourite that I just happened to read this year!
