Welcome to my favourites page. I update this page annually, so what you’re seeing here are all books that come out in 2022, with the exception of ‘Moonwalking With Einstein’ which gets a special pass because it’s one of two books that completely changed my life.

I prefer non-fiction, and read as wide a subject matter as possible. One of the many privileges of being a bookseller is that I’m daily made aware of subjects I’m ignorant of, and have the opportunity to remedy the situation. Whether that’s class politics, the historical roots of the climate emergency, economics, the science of consciousness or the law of ownership, there’s a book for that.
