The Mr B’s Reading Subscription Questionnaire

Welcome to your Reading Subscription! Before we begin posting books to you, we’ll need to learn a little about your reading tastes, as well as where we need to post your books. To access the questionnaire, you’ll need your subscription voucher number which can be found on your voucher. If you can’t find it, please get in touch with us with your name and the name of the purchaser, and we’ll look it up for you.

If you’ve had a previous subscription you can update your reading tastes by completing a new questionnaire. We can link the subscriptions if you tell us your previous subscription number. Please get in touch with us if you’re not sure what it is.

If you’ve got a new subscription but would like us to use your previous details, please just send an email to subscriptions@mrbsemporium.com with your information and confirmation of delivery address, and we can handle the rest.
