I’d like to give a Reading Club membership as a gift. What details will I need to give you?
At the time of purchase we’ll just need your name and your recipient’s name.
You don’t need to give us any information about the recipient’s delivery information – they’ll get in touch with us to provide their full address to which we should send the books once you’ve given them their voucher.
I've received a voucher, how do I get started?
Please head over to subs.mrbsemporium.com/reading-club-form to tell us your delivery information and we can get you up and running. You'll need your voucher number handy to access the form.
When can I expect my book?
Each member of the Reading Club can expect their book around the middle of each month. If you've completed your form to begin your membership before the 10th of the month, then we'll begin your subscription straight away with a book that month. Otherwise, we'll begin your subscription the following month instead.
What if I receive a book that I've already read?
Our monthly selections are made from new paperback releases, and we hope you won't have come across them already. Just in case, we'll email you with the details of the monthly selection to check that it's safe to send. If it's something you've already read you're welcome to skip the month instead, and we'll start your subscription again the following month.
How does the rolling membership work?
We'll take your first payment when you initially place your order. Thereafter, at the beginning of each month, we'll charge £12.99 to your card before sending your book. If you choose to skip a month, we'll roll that credit over to the following month instead. All payment details are held securely and safely in our payment gateway.
How do I end my rolling membership?
If you'd like to end your rolling subscription, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or give us a call on 01225 331155 and we'll cancel the recurring payment and end your Reading Club membership.
